The CAIPS program addresses the unique needs of internationally trained professionals and skilled trades persons in Niagara by helping them overcome barriers to employment. This program is administered by the Welland Heritage Council and Multicultural Centre and is funded by the Ontario government. The program offers services to both internationally trained job seekers and Niagara employers. Client Services:Through participation in the CAIPS programs, Internationally Trained Professionals and Skilled Trades People have the opportunity to: * Participate in workshops, such as the B.E.S.T (Building Employment Strategies Today) Program. Employer Services:Our goal is to foster good working relationships with the business community and by doing so cultivate a diverse and progressive workforce that will contribute to the economic growth of Niagara.
