Community
Conscious Consulting uses creative approaches, applied technology, and
ethical, personalized service to bring dreams to reality. Clients supported
have three things in common. We share the values of community and marketing
technologies. We are all highly motivated and results driven. And we
enjoy achieving those results.
Together, we blend for-profit information technology training and integrated
fundraising database systems with non-profit philosophy, premises and
practices to devise real world/real time solutions. Effective solutions.
Measurable solutions. Evolving solutions. Through counsel and consultation,

Sue strongly believes in a community-minded approach to strategic
planning. She takes the position that governance, leadership,
administration, communication, revenue development, marketing,
implementation and evaluation all need to be done within the
context of shared values.
Sue instructed adult learners at Brock University
in the Applied Health Sciences Department for three years and
presented dozens of workshops and speaking engagements throughout
the province for the Ontario Community Support Service Association.
Sue has worked in personnel consulting as well
as radio, newspaper and cable television mediums before pursuing
a career in nonprofit management and fundraising in 1987. She
spent 12 years as the first, Executive Director of Meals On
Wheels/Community Support Services in Welland and Pelham, prior
to specializing in fundraising and revenue development.
"I look forward to enriching and expanding
other CEO's, staff and Board Members understanding of the important
role IT can play facing the challenges of today. It is an opportunity
to reach out to non-profit organizations with less resources."

The
Story behind the Ladybug Logo - A Do Good Bug.
A form
of beetle, the Convergent Lady Bug is a beneficial inhabitant. They
cannot attack the house structure, furniture, or fabric. They cannot
sting or carry diseases. Ladybugs do not feed on people, although they
will occasionally pinch exposed skin. So named Convergent, they direct
toward a common centre. To converge is to come together.
