Pricing

Community Conscious Consulting billing rates are $50/hr for comprehensive projects. On-going contracts negotiable. Where travel is required the client pays travel and accommodation costs. Travel under an hour is $.40 per kilometer. Travel time over an hour by car is hourly rate plus mileage.

Our billing rates are consistent and competitive with other consultants that work in the Niagara Region.

Research (Survey development, data collection) $35 - 50/hr
Proposal Writing (Average $500/proposal) $35 - 50/hr
Process Facilitation $35 - 150/hr
Organizational or Technology Needs Assessment $50 - 75/hr
Seminars $50 -100/hr
Advanced Communications (Case Statements) $50 -100/hr
Constitution and Bylaws (development or review) $500 - 800
Policy and Procedure Manuals $2500 - 4000
Strategic Planning Sessions $400 -1200/day
