of its customers including client constituents.

and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") applies to consultant
businesses. This federal act balances an individual's right to the privacy
of personal information with the need of organizations to collect, use
or disclose personal information for legitimate business Contracts with
non-profit organizations or other businesses serving the third sector
must recognize the value of the act and have instituted a number of
measures to protect it.
This document outlines the policies and protections that Community
Conscious Consulting has implemented for the security of your personal
information. Please read carefully, by using Community Conscious Consulting,
you agree to the policies and measures set forth in this statement.
Our pledge is to safeguard the privacy rights defined in PIPEDA and

We will obtain your consent (which may be written, oral or implied)

Clients and prospective clients provide most of the personal information
collected by Community Conscious Consulting. By providing clients
with personal information, we consider that you do so with the knowledge
and understanding that it is collected, used, and disclosed for the
identified purposes.

Community Conscious Consulting's web page links to other third party
web sites. While we will not share your personal information with
any third party, we cannot speak for and make no representation of

Community Conscious Consulting reserves the right to change or alter
our privacy policy at any time and without warning. Please review
this statement periodically, as any changes to our policy will appear

In the future, Community Conscious Consulting may upgrade their web
presence to include pre-authorized payments and access to account
profiles. This service will use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol
to encrypt your credit card information when you place an order. SSL
is an effective measure that makes it verydifficult for your credit
card information to be intercepted or accessed. We use an outside
company to process credit card orders. By providing access, you may
at any time update, change or delete your account profile information
from the web site by logging in with your user name and password and
clicking on the "update information" button.

Certain services of Community Conscious Consulting will require that
