Thank you Sue. This is very interesting and useful info. You're
always a source to get people thinking about stuff they haven't
considered...which is a very good thing.

As a Program Supervisor with the Ministry of Health
and Long-Term Care, I worked with Ms. Aubin for approximately seven

Able to accomplish a great deal with very few resources. Creativity
in staffing must be commended. Client files are well-organized and
well-documented. Information from the local community is used in
planning. The cost effectiveness of programs is tracked and compared
year over year. The group forms a close team and displays a strong
sense of loyalty. Orientation programs for volunteers are well-developed.
Ongoing training needs are identified and addressed by presentations,
workshops, and guest speakers for both office staff and volunteers.
A number of indicators of performance are used.

For the past several years in my role as auditor, I have worked
with Ms. Sue Aubin. I have found Ms. Aubin to be proficient and
knowledgeable in her duties as Executive Director and I have enjoyed
working with her. I can with full confidence recommend Ms. Aubin
where she is able to utilize her organizational and motivational
skills. During her tenure, she has been responsible for all facets
of the every day operations including long term planning, fundraising
and financial reporting to government agencies. She has instituted
a significant number of organizational changes that resulted in
significant growth to the number and level of services provided.

Sue has worked on two specific projects that I have been involved
with. In each case Sue has worked for an organizing committee
to which I provided functional supervision. Sue proved to be a
very organized person who knew thoroughly the stages and components
of planning. Sue's wide-ranging background was an added bonus,
particularly in the areas of public relations and public profile.
Some of the characteristics that exemplify these assets are total
commitment to a project and a desire to do a good job, contagious
enthusiasm, and good analytical skills.

Sue was instrumental in our development by providing helpful
consultation both over the phone and at our public meeting, organizing
our first planning meeting, helping us become connected and thereby
putting us in touch with a larger information sharing network.
Sue attended our first volunteer appreciation event and introduced
us to the strong volunteer groups that became a part of West Lincoln
Support Network. We are most grateful for Sue's involvement in
the organization of the West Lincoln program and for her encouragement
and support.

Coupled with her real academic skills, Sue displayed an attention
to detail, energy, and capable leadership in seminars she supervised
and evaluated. She was able to clearly and succinctly direct and
help students to improve their oral and visual presentation skills.
She was a very fair and consistent evaluator who constantly strived
for improvement in terms of her contribution to student development.
I also had the opportunity to work with and observe Sue in a number
of conference and workshop coordinating positions. She brought
to the job an impeccable ability to organize and direct these
types of events. Her sense of what would be needed and attention
to detail meant that every event was run on time, efficiently
and successfully .

I understand that your assistance was instrumental in the completion
of our senior surveys in Niagara Region. It is only through the
support of community workers like you that we have been able to
reach a large number of seniors in very diverse areas. Please
accept my sincere thanks for your contribution to our project.
Thank you again for your assistance.
