LOCAL COMPANY LAUNCHES NEW WORKSHOPS FOR NIAGARA EMPLOYERS

THOROLD ON, SEPTEMBER 2005 - Local management consulting firm, Marshall & Company Inc., is launching a series of public workshops this October to help Niagara Region employers deal with costly turnover and the looming labour shortage. Their sessions will highlight the benefits of their behavioural profiling assessments and reports – a suite of state-of-the-art, highly validated, internet-delivered instruments for use in personal development, hiring, coaching, and team building.

Having worked with health care, financial services, call centre, and telecom companies over the past ten years, Marshall & Company is now offering local employers an opportunity to experience the personal and organizational benefits of behavioural profiling. Their Introductory Workshop is scheduled for mid-October, and three advanced Programs are in the planning stages for later this year.
